Get your no footers dialed, get them really big, and comfy. Out of a quarter wait a few seconds until you level out, kick back, do small baby kicks, get them comfy, and keep on getting your kick bigger each time. If you having problems use your brake it makes things a lot easier. Starting small is the best thing you can do.
